1. Arisa Hayashi
She talked about Kagoshima's ramen. Kagoshima ramen's soup base is pig bone. Her recommended ramen shop is Noboruya in Kagoshima. And in Kagoshima, ramen king final battle hold there. People vote for ramen coins and decide on the best ramen. I haven't been Kagoshima, so I want to visit someday. And I want to go and try Noboruya's ramen.
2. Rina Aoki
She talked about her favorite noodles, pig bone ramen, hiroshimayaki, and spicy noodles. Her favorite ramen shop is Anzenshokudo in Fukuoka. It is famous ramen shop. About hiroshimayaki, cabbage, rice cakes, cheese and pork are placed on them in addition to noodles. She also talked about spicy ramen such as tantanmen and shin-ramen. I want to eat Anzenshokudo's ramen someday.
4. Mutsumi Matsuda
She talked about udon. There are many types of udon depending on the areas. Ineniwa udon in Akita looks like soumen. Kagawa udon and Sanuki udon are famous for all over Japan. I interested in Kawahaba udon. It is very thick and 8 cm wide. I think it is difficult to eat but I want to try it someday.
5. Kaho Miyake
She talked about ramen. There are a lot of kinds of taste. For example, solt, soy sauce, miso. Especially, she likes pig bone ramen. On the ramen, there are eggs, green onions, and so on. For the ramen noodles, use the Kansui. I was fun that I could to know the detail of ramen.
6. Kotomi Honda
She talked about udon. First, she talked about shippoku udon. It is Kagawa's udon. The soup is made from niboshi. And the udon use a lot of ingredients. For example, carrots, green onions, fried tofu, tofu, and so on. Second, oshibori udon. It is Nagano's udon and it eat with grated radish. The radish is mouse radish. It tastes little hot. Third, Ise udon. It is Mie's udon and the noodle is very thick.
7.Nanaho Ishii
She talked about frozen udon. It can be thawed in the microwave for about 3 minutes. So, it is easy to eat and there is little washing. She said that the thin noodle is delicious. I was fun to hear her story because her story's topic is a little different from other's. I haven't eat frozen udon, so I want to eat it by her story.
8. Narumi Toya
She talked about chicken ramen. She had been the chicken ramen's plant in Osaka when she was primary school student. Chicken ramen can make by short time. It was invented by a Japanese, Momofuku Ando. Now, it is sold all over the world. For example, America, Brazil, India, and German. In addition, it is also a space food. I want to try the arrange menu that she was introduced.
9. Natsuki Kurose
She talked about Kagoshima's ramen. Kagoshima's ramen use a lot of ingredients. For example, pig bone, dried shiitake mushroom, niboshi, kelp, and vegetables. She talked about her recommended shop about the ramen. I felt that there are a lot of ramen shop. I want to go there someday.
I thought it was a good way to tell a story. For example, you first talked about how to make udon, and then you talked about the local dishes related to udon in each region. In addition, what you tried to take eye contact is nice. I thought your efforts led to a good presentation.

返信削除I think you were good to speak with gestures. But, if you didn't memory what to say, I wanted you to speak with looking listeners. It would make a much better impression on you.
