Final presentation [About Fermented Food]

 2043022 Yu Tomiyama     This time, o ur presentation's theme is Fermented Food. She was talked about t he good points of them, and the type.      First, she started talking about what fermented foods are. It is made by some food with the power of microorganisms. Fermentation gives it a unique taste and improves its nutritional value. Fermented foods are familiar in Japan, but it is said that they already existed in the Jomon and Yayoi periods. The oldest example of fermented food in Japan is salted melon. Soy meat's food can eat in some convenience stores and the fast food shop.  2043022 Yu Tomiyama 1. Arisa Hayashi     She talked about Kagoshima's  ramen. Kagoshima ramen's soup base is pig bone. Her recommended ramen shop is Noboruya in Kagoshima. And in Kagoshima, ramen king final battle hold there. People v ote for ramen coins and decide on the best ramen. I haven't been Kagoshima, so I want to visit someday. And I want to go and try Noboruya's ramen. 2. Rina Aoki     She talked about her favorite noodles, pig bone ramen, hiroshimayaki, and spicy noodles. Her favorite ramen shop is Anzenshokudo in Fukuoka. It is famous ramen shop. About hiroshimayaki,  cabbage, rice cakes, cheese and pork are placed on them in addition to noodles. June 6 is the day of roll cake. Because the shape of 6 is similar roll cake. I felt it is so funny. 2. Nanami Takaki     She talked about the overview of cake. She was talking briefly about various cakes. It was good that I could know a lot of cake but I thought that I want to know some details. 3. Haruka Tajima     She talked about some cake's type. First, the sponge cake such as syphon cake, montblanc, and roll cake. Second, the chocolate cake such as gateau chocolate, Sachertorte, and brounie.   2043022 Yu Tomiayama ・Mami Harada     She talked about Yunmiso. It made by fish, island sugar (zarame), and tubumiso. It can be use for sprinkle and rice ball.  My recent story     Hello, my name is Yu Tomiyama. My birth place is Oita and we are family of four. I have mother, father, and a sister. My sister is a high school student and she belongs to the brass band club. I am so surprised that we already in the second year of this college. Some people in the class haven't talked properly yet, so I want to talk more with everyone. However, you may already know a little about my basic profile. So, I want to talk about my recent story in this time.     Recently, I am doing my best something. It's a driving school. I just recently enrolled in it. Driving a car is so difficult for me. So, I am always nervous and practicing. Especially, I'm not good at going through the narrow roads. I'm not used to it yet, and I sometimes make some mistakes.
