1. Fuka Inomoto
She talked about roll cake. Roll cake originated in Switzerland. It have a lot of flavors. For example, strawberry, chocolate, and vegetables. June 6 is the day of roll cake. Because the shape of 6 is similar roll cake. I felt it is so funny.
2. Nanami Takaki
She talked about the overview of cake. She was talking briefly about various cakes. It was good that I could know a lot of cake but I thought that I want to know some details.
3. Haruka Tajima
She talked about some cake's type. First, the sponge cake such as syphon cake, montblanc, and roll cake. Second, the chocolate cake such as gateau chocolate,
Sachertorte, and brounie. Thied, some pies such as apple pie, millefeuille, and tarte tatin. I was glad to know a lot of cake's type.
4. Rina Aoki
She talked about cheese cake. There are many kinds of cheese cake. For example, baked cheese cake, rare cheese cake, souffle cheese cake, New York cheese cake, and tarte. She also talked about the cheese cake shop near our school, so I want to go there some day.
5. Maharo Sugimoto
She talked about tarte. Tarte have crispy texture and many types. For example, tarte tatin and eggs tarte. Tarte Tatin was born from the failure of a woman. I was heard that for the first time, so I was surprised.
6. Ayana Usui
She talked about Bush de Noel. Bush means the wood and Noel means the Christmas. Bush de Noel looks like a tree. The surface of the cake is covered with cream and has a tree-like pattern. It sold at the cake shop, but we can make it in our house. I want to try to make it.
8. Rina Tatae
She talked about her favorite cakes. Her favorite cakes are short cake, cheese cake, and montblanc. In particular, her favorite cheese cake is souffle cheese cake. It's a fluffy texture. I was glad to know her favorite things in detail.
9. Narumi Toya
She talked about forenoir. Forenoir means the black woods. The feature is that there is plenty of chocolate and cherry pickled in Western liquor on the cake. The sponge cake used cocoa powder. I was heard about forenoir for the first time, but I felt it is so delicious. I want to try it once.

She talked about cheese cake. First, about baked cheese cake made in the oven. Second, New York cheese cake. It bake in the oven with hot water. Third, about rare cheese cake. It doesn't use the oven and use the refrigerator. So, rare cheese cake is easy to make in the summer. Finally, about fromage. LeTAO in Hokkaido's fromage is popular. I want to eat it once.
11. Yu Shigemasa
She talked about opera. Opera is a sweet from France. The opera has gold leaf and it is likened to the golden koto of the statue of Apollo in the opera. It is layered with ganache, coffee butter cream and chocolate glaze. There are 7 layers. So, it's a very thick cake.
You were talking with gestures. Therefore, it was easy for the audience to understand your presentation. I thought it was amazing because you remembered the content of the presentation. Presenting in front of everyone is very tense. I thought it would be easier for the audience to hear your presentation if you made the presentation a little more relaxed.
