Second presentation comment [About Fish Food]
2043022 Yu Tomiayama
・Mami Harada
She talked about Yunmiso. It made by fish, island sugar (zarame), and tubumiso.
It can be use for sprinkle and rice ball. I didn't know Yunmiso, so I was fun when I heard the presentation.
・Mayuko Nishi
She talked about Ryukyu. Ryukyu made by sesame, ginger, soy sauce, and so on. It can arrange for otyazuke. I am from Oita too, so I was happy that I can heard about it.
・Rina Aoki
She talked about Fugu, Hamo, and squid. There are famous in Yamaguchi.
She talked about a lot of food used these fish. I was fun and I want to eat it someday.
・Yu Shigemasa
She talked about her recommended sushi restaurants. These restaurant's name are "Jijiya" and "Uomasa". I've never been to either store, so I wanted to go someday.
・Yuki Ichinomiya
She talked about chirashizushi. It uses lotus root, carrots, dried shiitake mushrooms and fried tofu. But we can change the ingredients according to our favorite. I haven't know "fruit chirashizushi", so I was surprised.
・Ritsu Kawahara
She talked about Unaju. It is a traditional Japanese food using eel. I can hardly eat it because it is expensive, but after hearing the presentation, I wanted to eat it.
・Maika Kawamura
She talked about meunier. It is made by sprinkling flour and baking in butter. I've never heard of an arrangement menu such as curry flavor, but I wanted to try it. I thought it was good that the explanation of the texture looked delicious.
・Ayumi Higashida
She talked about four Japanese fish food, Sabazushi, Chan-chan-yaki, Kibinagonosashimi, and Koinokaraage. The origin of the name of Chan-chan-yaki is that it can be made immediately. I felt it interesting to know a lot of foods I didn't know.
・Yuki Fukuyama
She talked about sushi. She introduced a lot of sushi, for example Persimmon leaf sushi, and Barazushi. It was interesting to know about a lot of sushi. And I learned that persimmon leaves have an antibacterial effect.
・Jui Maruyama
She talked about sushi. Japan is an island country, so it's relatively easy to catch fish. And the history of sushi is from the Edo period. I can learned a lot about sushi in detail, and I was fun.
Your presentation had a lot of gesture and eye contact. This made us easy to hear your presentation. However, your presentation was not a little familiar with the content. If you focus on one content, audience can hear your presentation easy and enjoy.

返信削除I think it's great that you remembered what you were going to say in your speech and didn't use a manuscript. However, your voice was not loud enough, so I think it would be easier for people far away to hear your speech if you speak louder.
